Real estate investing needs large cheques, and property owners who want to raise capital have few ways to reach smaller investors.

How the system works.

A two-sided platform: owners submit properties through an intake wizard, investors browse a marketplace, buy shares, and follow a portfolio, with admin review, distributions and investor onboarding built in.
