Field assistant

Help technicians find answers in service documentation, with citations back to the source.

Built forField technicians and support desks that work from service manuals and training material.

Field assistant answering a cold-water fault question with six cited sources
A technician question answered from the service manual, with numbered citations.
The problem

What was getting in the way.

Technicians in the field need the right page of the right manual for the machine in front of them. The answer usually exists, but it lives across hundreds of PDFs, bulletins and training videos, so people call the office or guess.

Every citation opens the exact manual page beside the answer.
What we built

How the system works.

A chat assistant grounded in the full service library. Every answer cites the pages and video timestamps it came from, so a technician can check the source in one tap. An admin console shows what the assistant has ingested and lets the team inspect sources, pages and search results.

What changes

first-call answers drawn from the actual manuals, fewer calls back to the office, and a traceable record of what the assistant said and why.
