Coverage map: each state colored by how thoroughly its rules have been reviewed.
The problem

What was getting in the way.

Each state accepts different exemption documents under different rules, and those rules change. Reviewing a customer's form by hand is slow, inconsistent, and hard to audit afterwards.

What we built

How the system works.

A verification workflow backed by a registry of jurisdiction rules. A coverage map shows how thoroughly each state's rules have been audited, a reference view explains what each jurisdiction accepts, and document checks produce an accept, fix or reject verdict that cites the rule it applied.

  • Tax form review
  • Traceable verification decisions
  • Rule maintenance with human review

What changes

consistent decisions across all jurisdictions, a visible audit trail for every verdict, and rule updates that go through human review instead of tribal knowledge.
